But if we were to put that money into the homeless problem beside social programs what I think would work better than buying them all houses would be a subsidy/incentive that makes low income housing profitable for developers. We should invest in 3d printed homes. They are about $10,000 right now and can be built in 24 hours. They are usually around 450 square feet. They aren’t fancy, but they would be a good place for people to get back on their feet.
