good reason, they are unconstitutional EO.

the system is working correctly.

I believe factual narratives, based on evidence…even if i do not like the truth.

The Bible has a lot of great stories, and some decent tips on how to treat each other, primarily the stuff Jesus preached.

But like Jefferson, I do not believe in the magic.

Wait, are we still talking about the judge, or about Trump now?

Are you a flat earther?

Based upon your posts, could’ve fooled me.

As C.S. Lewis stated. It is impossible to believe Jesus was merely a good teacher. He either is who He said He is, or he is a lunatic. There can be no middle ground.
Also you do realize that of the prophecies in the book of Daniel, 95% of them have been fulfilled.

Me either.

I believe in the power of God.

Mmmmmmm.

Federal issues are federal. You can’t have a federal issue apply only in some states.

The jurisdiction of a federal district court is federal.

Good for you!

If only there was someplace to find out how federal courts work… oh, wait:

Which god?

There is only one God.

So you say. When the repubs start doing it with the same consistency, I think your opinion will suddenly change. Look how much the left hated the judicial for stopping his illegal student loan repayment.

2/3 of the world disagrees with you as to which one it is.

And???

That is your belief, not fact. That being said, I repect the 1A, believe whatever works for you.

What to do about a judge you disagree with? Chief Justice Roberts said it best: “The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose.”

Here’s a Democrat politician calling for the kid sniffer to ignore court rulings when they don’t please the left.

That’s a fair counter and i was thinking about that as well but there are circuit differences in federal questions.
