What Percent of the Prophecies in the book of Daniel do you believe have been fulfilled?

Dr David Jeremiah had an exceptional study on the Book of Daniel. It was called “Agents of Babylon”.

For reference, the book of Daniel as are all of the Old Covenant books are written by, for and to the Jews. They were not written to me/us. They are good for our learning but they don’t concern us.

Here is a little history. God spoke to the Prophet Jeremiah around 590 B. C. He told him that the Israelites would be under captivity for 70 years and after 70 years were completed, they would return to their land and build Jerusalem.

Years later, Daniel read those words of Jeremiah’s prophecy and believing them, he prayed to God to forgive his people and return them to their land.

In answer, to his prayer, Gabriel came and informed Daniel that God had determined certain things that were to be accomplished by Daniel’s people - the Jews.

During these periods, 3 periods of time called WEEKS, these presented decades of historic time.

Daniel 9:25 “Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.”

7 X10 decades = 70 years had been determined upon these people to finish the transgression (end the 70 years of captivity in Babylon.)

Completed in 536 BC, 70 years after the beginning of the captivity in 606 B. C. That street would be built again and the moat, but in troublesome times – at the end of the 7 week period.
