Now it gets the admin to tell teachers to just give it back, we don’t want any parents whining at us for being mean to their baby.

In many places that is true no doubt.
In the rural school my kids went to i doubt things have changed much.
I am sure you are correct. Many rural schools are much more diligent in regards to behavior. There are still some issues however and it’s not 100%, but overall smaller more rural schools are a good choice.

His undergraduate degree was Industrial Engineering and he had a masters in Mechanical Engineering.

Seema like I read about things like this more and more:
I stand corrected, I was going off of an American Historical society list of folks who were History Majors and it seemed they failed at getting that History correct.
