Playing AC Shadows via 1 month sub to Ubisoft Plus ($17.99 much better than paying full price). 4 hours in and its not grabbing my attention. Apparently it gets better but I am not so sure.
The game looks fantastic graphically and mechanics are fluid but the story so far is tedious and boring.
Damn he might as well just took his PC and smashed it with a hammer.

I have given up on AC Shadows, gameplay is boring and story is none existent.
I have booted back up Division 2.
I already posted that above–21 years. Before that I played Diablo, Diablo2 and Warcraft 1,2,3
If an expansion ends up boring me, which has happened about half the time I stop playing but have paid for 21 years. Frustration and exasperation with expansions is common. Some expansions I play for only a few weeks and I go back to normal life. The first 2 years in original Warcraft was memorable, it’s like a giant novel or epic film and I am attached to the characters. I still main my original Warlock. I haven’t ever gone to a Blizzard convention but might go to the upcoming one, if I’m not totally pissed off at them by then. I like the creativity and competition, but hate the grinding and frustration to the point of disgust. Besides that, Microsoft owns Blizzard now. I appreciate the writers and art. But expect their AI and RNG to cause me to rebel and finally cancel.

I didn’t like the toy-like graphics, but the stories resonated with me. World of Warcraft was better.
