The vote was 52 to 47, and 60 votes were needed to advance the legislation for debate and a full vote on the Senate floor. The bill did not gain support from any Senate Democrats, who support a much larger package.

Doesn’t look like Senate Republicans are holding up the legislation, does it?

To pass it, they needed to get Dems on board. They failed.

Not one Dem voted in favor of the bill. What was their objection to it?

Nancy is not going to pass a stimulus on Trump’s terms and make it look like Trump actually negotiated something for the American public. She would let the public go without, first. Anyway, she can still get her hair done so who care?
