U.S. farmers say Trump’s US$12-billion China-tariff bailout not enough, may affect their mid-term votes

We can agree that you are saying it. That doesn’t mean its true, but I do agree that you are saying it.

Trump haters do tend to think alike. Funny.

Facts are now Trump hating talking points? Huh? Feel free to counter these points with a logical retort, if you can.

Let’s start with entitlement spending. What has Trump said and/or done with respect to entitlements?

Great. Then next time don’t distort what I’m saying. Thanks!

No. Language is a useful tool for people to convey ideas to each other.

Just because you don’t know what something is, doesn’t mean it exists. It just means you lack knowledge of the thing.

I’m not disputing facts. I’m simply pointing out that you are cherry picking individual items while ignoring the bigger picture.

So back to the arrogant condescension. I guess you just can’t help yourself.

Time to move on.

I’m talking about fiscal issues that are available to discuss. These are the fiscal issues that he has implemented or failed to act upon during his time in office. What else is there? How is this cherry-picking?

Hey man, you’re the one arrogantly deciding that the other poster doesn’t know what they’re talking about.

Why do you get to do it and not me?

A fiscal conservative has many different aspects to it. The unfortunate reality is that it simply isn’t possible to implement every single one of them. It is ridiculous to claim that someone who fails to check all of the boxes isn’t a fiscal conservative.

I see no condescending arrogance there. I’m not lecturing anyone. I’m simply stating my position. Obviously Nebraska disagreed. I never once stated nor implied that he didn’t know what he was talking about.

There was nothing arrogant or condescending about my reply either. I was just giving my opinion about the issue too. No lecturing anyone.

Okay. But on the core fiscal conservative options he has been presented with, he has opted for the least conservative option every time. Option of increasing the debt? Does it. Option of increasing the deficit. Does it. Option of engaging in a trade war and hiking taxes on American consumers, businesses, and farmers. Yep, does it. Option of implementing a socialism wealth redistribution scheme to take taxpayer dollars from one group and give it to another group. Yep, sign Trump up. Option of addressing entitlement spending and decreased spending in general. Nope, stay away from that. What other fiscally conservative options has he been presented with, and opted for a conservative approach?

I seriously wonder what fiscal conservative box he did check.

I’m honestly not sure. I guess a small argument could be made with respect to the tax cuts, but given the state of the economy and where we are with unemployment, knowing the added debt and deficit, that is a hard one to argue that it is net conservative. I’d gladly entertain some fiscally conservative positions that I am forgetting or overlooking. But I don’t know what they are currently.

The epitome of arrogant condescension.

Always a victim.

There is zero arrogance in that statement. In fact, the statement is totally innocuous and clearly true. How is it arrogant or condescending?
