This letter doesn’t say that he released a “basically correct” call. It says he released the transcribed call.
Is this one of those oversight is good when it’s republicans having hearings on Benghazi but bad when it’s democrats arguments?

You have no problem with the word “hag”, “botox queen,” etc. etc. but are upset because the “b word” exhibits no decorum when referring to a woman?

Not at all. The President should allow his aides to testify on his behalf and he should provide the subpoenaed documents.
The President should have the courage to testify under oath and put the inquiry to shame, the way Hilary Clinton did in her eleven hour marathon.
The President should do more than cut and paste his last 150 tweets and call it a later.
The President should tell every Republican that they should feel free to vote their conscience because he does not want their blind obedience.
He should stop whining about how unfair and biased everyone is and demonstrate some leadership.
