…that Hillary and not the FBI or the DoJ was allowed to decide which emails would be examined. That is a two-tier system of justice. Now…make up an excuse.
I did like the touch of saying “minor child”, however.
The imagery he is so desperately trying to conjure up would be hysterical if it wasn’t so sad.
I half expect to see him start posting pictures of the government agent pointing a weapon at a frightened Elian Gonzalez And try and pretend that’s the sheer horror poor Barron Trump faced… Even though he wasn’t even at Mar-a-Lago at the time.
And if they can do that to poor frightened Barron Trump… What might they do to you?
You mean…like Aileen Cannon Calling up completely nonexistent law that supposedly enshrouds presidents in complete cocoons In order to claim that a special master was needed?
Like that kind of two-tiered justice?
Did you like a federal judge saying that a former or sitting president’s Reputation is more important than yours? Did you like her adding another brick in the fortification of the idea that presidents are above the law?
Because that’s what she did… Without a single law or statute as precedent to make such a breathtaking assertion?
A two-tiered system of justice is when a judge is allowed to rule on a motion involving the person who appointed her to her position and preemptively tries to protect him from “reputational harm”.
Oh…then she was given permission to destroy both evidence and the devices it was stored…that’s what makes the DoJ and the FBI criminal. Had she done it without their permission, then she’d be the criminal.
*The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Here is my recap…this raid was nothing but outrageous lawlessness and a blatant violation of the 4th Amendment. Dems don’t care as long as they control the levers of power and when justice does catch up to them, if it ever does, they’ll most like have gone south in the afterlife where they will get burned but unfortunately we won’t see it.
Merrit(less) Garland said on National TV that the warrant was narrow in scope pertaining to gov docs, but instead they took every piece of paper in sight! That represents a lie by Garland and the issuing of a “general warrant” which is against the Constitution.
Are you claiming there wasn’t probable cause? An inventory of the documents retrieved seems to match the description of the documents in the search warrant. Trump had the documents that he said he didn’t have. He lied about it and got caught. Now you think DOJ should not have proven that Trump lied about it?
Are you claiming the warrant wasn’t narrow enough? There were certain areas that were excluded in the search warrant. That narrows the scope of the warrant. An inventory of the documents was created and given to Trump’s team. DOJ knew he had classified documents. They needed to be returned. Trump forced DOJ’s hand and they had no other choice than to seize the docs.
Trump has had many opportunities to end this quietly. If he keeps forcing the issue, he may find himself with an indictment.
