I agree here as well. Whomever revealed these details to him are likely who the IC IG spoke with for confirmation. First hand accounts, as required. Remember, the circle of people who were aware of the contents of this call were incredibly small. 12 people if I remember correctly. So identifying them would not be hard for the White House to do. They are not active WB’s so they have no immunity or anonymity from any internal White House review.

No, I don’t see that the IC AG is accusing anyone of anything. It is his job to pass on the complaint if he finds it credible. That does not mean he has made some ruling that it is true, just that it is believable.
He is not a judge or jury.
His job is to pass on the report for others to handle. That’s the end of it for him.
