Nixon was being general in that statement, fat donald though, specifically targeted 4 women of color who are natural born US citizens.

Omar was born in Mogadishu.
The people in question that he is referencing are not only US citizens (and by definition, are already in their country), but they are elected officials of the US.
This behavior is beneath the office of the President. I’ve never believed he was fit for office, and this just confirms my belief.
