COVID has been here less than a year, and we are nearing 200,000 deaths.

I recall a lot of people on my Facebook feed swearing the flu was worse than COVID.

China caused the virus every country has suffered since then some more than others. And everyone has been wrong. I remember reading countless posts about how the Sweden model was stupid yet now they have the lowest positive test rate in Europe.

My favorite part about this is that since Trump has the same level of object permanence as a parrot and wants the Times and the Post to love him so badly, he just couldn’t help but tell Woodward what’s really going on because he wants to seem cool to insiders.

Even though Woodward’s books are literally always about tearing apart the sitting administration. Trump even talks about how his four books on Bush made Bush look like a moron while he was doing the same thing.

This man is an absolute monster. He has blood-stained hands. He knew this virus was airborne, deadly, and here in our country. And instead of taking the steps to prepare the nation and work to fight this thing with the full force of the United States Government and its resources, he instead played it down, discouraged essential protective measures like mask-usage and following CDC guidelines for States to re-open, etc. And the result is we are barreling towards 400,000 dead Americans by the end of this year alone.

Imagine if a deadly storm was heading towards the nation, but the government hid its forecast modeling from the public because it didn’t want to cause “panic.” Hiding the data would have zero impact on the force of the impending storm, but would put countless lives at risk.

History is going to be absolutely brutal to this man and his complicit traitors to the nation in Congress that enabled him.

Forgive the ■■■■ out of me for actually caring about hundreds of thousands of my fellow brothers and sisters in this nation dying, many in a large part because of the complete and utter failure of this administration.

Rather than worrying about my BP, why not ask yourself why you are not equally incensed right now at the lives lost that didn’t need to be, because of this monster’s failures?

Knowing that it could have been way different and far fewer people would be sick and dying had the President acted on the information that he had back in February isn’t “virtue signaling”

It is a sad state of affairs that this President still gets support when we all know that as clear as day that he just isn’t fit for the job.
