I can honestly say that I would never participate in such a chant.
That said, wait until Trump beats biden in a historic MASSIVE landslide, and watch how loud and long that chant goes on.
It might even be louder than the libs sky-screaming event, but I doubt it.
I think the idea is, a lot of new tech and components will be required. The engineering and development for this new tech can take place in the USA. And some of the parts can be as well - at least intitially. Because they will be more intricate. And that is what US manufacturing is good at.
