My state has been doing mail in for years. You only get one ballot. No do overs. Shows what you know.

Who said anything about provisional ballots? I specifically asked about voting more than once. Is that what provisional ballots are for? Voting multiple times? Changing a vote that’s already been mailed? Do enlighten me. Please.
