Trump is vindicated, found not guilty in the Senate. What next?

Not according to the courts at least and our first President set the precedent.

We are supposed to have co equal branches, the POTUS doesn’t work for congress and while congress may have oversight authority that extends only to legitimate legislative purposes.

Americans have always been subject to investigation by foreign countries.

A Purge by the moden incarnations of Lenninists and Stalinists.

You’re making our point. Good job.

Even when we draw pretty pictures for them some just refuse to “get it”.

What the hell? They stonewalled literally dozens of subpoenas for years even lying to the courts claiming the subpoenaed documents and records didn’t exist.

The DOS has still never produced all of the subpoenaed documents and emails relative to Benghazi either.

Good lord. This post should be dated fall 2019.

That call was the whole basis for his impeachment.

And this post should just be stamped WRONG

Then what was the basis for impeachment?

What are the two articles of impeachment?

Abuse of power.

Obstruction of Congress.

The notion that the either is based entirely on the phone call is laughably absurd.

You’re confused.

TDS does that to people.

Obama-good
Trump - bad

That is what you are asking for. You are asking him to prove that the charges are false.

He can’t! That’s the point.

What was the supposed abuse of power again?

The Democrats are upside down. While 84% of them are for removing Trump from office, 52% of all respondents (including the Democrats) do not support removal. That is the number that counts. It means the 84% of the Democrats are in the minority opinion on the issue, hence “upside down” in the jargon of politics.

Maybe you ought to learn and understand the terms being used before you accuse others of not following the discussion.

He doesn’t have to! That’s the point.

More kafkatrapping.

Not his obligation. It was the obligation of the prosecutors/managers to do so and they have utterly failed.

Their case has already come completely unraveled and the defense has only had about 2 hours of floor time to accomplish it.
