Trump Fed pick was held in contempt for failing to pay ex-wife over $300,000

"Court records in Virginia obtained by the Guardian show Moore, 59, was reprimanded by a judge in November 2012 for failing to pay Allison Moore more than $300,000 in spousal support, child support and money owed under their divorce settlement.

Moore continued failing to pay, according to the court filings, prompting the judge to order the sale of his house to satisfy the debt in 2013. But this process was halted by his ex-wife after Moore paid her about two-thirds of what he owed, the filings say."

Where does Trump find these people. They’re definitely not the best. Many, like this guy, are just slackers who don’t pay their bills until a court orders them to (like Trump). Others break our laws, get indicted then sent to prison.

If you guys don’t want to hear all this bad stuff about a sitting president and his staff/hires, I suggest you vote for one that doesn’t employ or nominate so may slackers and criminals.

A well oiled machine led by the very best of the best.

Stephen Moore is perhaps the worst choice to be anywhere near the FED.

So he is perfect.

Donald Trump put him in charge of, wait for it…

I bet there are female Republican voters, who have had divorces and had their husbands not pay them the court ordered amount, who will ignore this. Even after their own husbands caused them, and their children, pain and suffering.

Have you ever seen Moore on TV? He’s a real ■■■■■■■■

Moore has lamented the steady decline in US marriage numbers, asserting in an October 2014 article that “intact families” were important for the economy and criticising “those who cheer divorce as a form of women’s liberation”.

Concluding the article, he called for a “personal and national commitment to sturdy families” and strong parenting as part of a “culture of virtue” aimed at saving the American economy from what he called a path of decline.

I 100% agree with him on this but that doesn’t qualify him to be on the board. The Senators can vote and I have to agree…there’s better choices than Moore.

Why in the world would you post that after it’s revealed that he’s a tax cheat and a dead beat? Are you trying to defend him or something?

Do this, when you go to church today meet with your pastor and ask him what he says to women who come to him for counseling because their husbands aren’t paying their alimony, etc. Report back to us what he says.

It is commentary like this that will propel him forward all the way to the top.

Soccer is the Marxist concept of the labor theory of value applied to sports—which may explain why socialist nations dominate in the World Cup. The purpose of a capitalist economy is to produce the maximum output for the least amount of exertion and work. Soccer produces huge volumes of work and effort but no output.

He’s been on Maher a lot. Always drove me crazy.

This seems like the perfect guy for the job

“I’m kind of new to this game, frankly, so I’m going to be on a steep learning curve myself about how the Fed operates, how the Federal Reserve makes its decisions,” Moore, 59, said on BTV. “It’s hard for me to say even what my role will be there, assuming I get confirmed.”

Ha

Be a tax cheat and dead beat, get defended.

Talk trash about soccer, get applauded.

“Nothing but the best people …” - Donald Trump

That reads almost like some kind of sick satire of a person who doesn’t like soccer. That is one messed up individual with about ZERO willingness to accept anyone who is not just like him, and even worse, to hate them because he does not understand them.

Having someone who calls soccer Marxist to own the libs in a high position on the FED is exactly what we deserve.
