Unlike the OP and the rest of the Trump groupies I have been consisted with my skepticism of all polls.
I am sure that when a survey our surveys show a drop in Trumps approval ratings the OP and others will go into great detail explaining why the poll is inaccurate.
What was the economy looking like a year and a half into Obama’s presidency?
What a dishonest claim, Conan. I get why you tried to pull it, but it’s just not try. The economy was still in the process of tanking when Obama took office.
If you polled the Never-Trumpers only you might get negative results. The never-Trumpers reached an low point. Resident asshat, #RobertDeNiro, could not contain himself at the Tony Awards by cursing President Trump. I would like to say that Robert #DeNuto would not make a pimple on #POTUS’ butt.
Neither is Trump supported healthcare bill fails to pass, merry go round of firings, quittings, and staff turnover in the White House, leaks left and right, and on and on. How does one report positive news when it happens so infrequently in this administration?
It tells us that empirical reality doesn’t give a ■■■■ about the kind of craven, dishonest false equivalencies and dumb framing that you desperately need the media to uphold.
For 30 years, Donald Trump has been a lying, boorish, narcissistic ■■■■■■■ in American public/celebrity life; now, as President, Donald Trump is a lying, boorish, narcissistic ■■■■■■■■ entangled with other lying ■■■■■■■■ like Michael Cohen; he does things that lying, boorish, narcissistic ■■■■■■■■ do (sucks up to other ■■■■■■■■■ pisses off our allies needlessly; lies about banging porn stars and paying them money to keep his secrets; etc. etc.) To the degree that media coverage reflects those facts about Donald Trump, it is accurate, regardless of its negativity. This is what you wanted.
And this is a stupid, bad-faith argument to begin with because Trump’s supporters view the “media” as (in Trump’s words) an “enemy of the people.” So the more negative the coverage, the better off he is with his base, anyway.
media could report on it not being authorized by congress, and that previous to it Obamma said he wasn’t able to make something like that constitutionally. Or that it was working it’s way through the courts and one court had ruled Bamma didn’t have authority to create the program.
Nope, they only report ending DACA is bad. Trump didn’t have the right to end it. He’s hurting people.
What a bunch of crap. When Donald Trump says ■■■■ like, “DACA is dead because the Democrats didn’t care or act, and now everyone wants to get onto the DACA bandwagon,” the media should report it as the garbage that it is. 1. Trump ended DACA. Period. 2. He’s been a terrible, bad-faith, contradictory, negotiator on the issue, and stepped on both his own party’s attempts to resolve the issue, as well as Democratic and bipartisan attempts. Jeezus. You don’t want “balance.” You want the most ridiculous kind of pro-Trump propaganda. Which is fine. Watch Fox News.
