The FBI said they needed insurance against Trump’s election too.
No…“the FBI” did not, in fact, say that.
Of course it does. The DC claims that there is evidence. The FBI says there is not evidence which is a direct rebuttal of the claim there is evidence. No matter what the breadcrumbs are suggesting to you.
And none of this addresses the glaring and obvious holes in this conspiracy theory brought forward by @adroit and his post.
Additionally, the IG report issued makes zero mention of any of this. And that was a thorough review of all of the information and evidence surrounding the email investigation.
No one outside of the cult is fooled by this nonsense you’re peddling. If there is evidence that actually shows she was hacked, then let’s see it all for ourselves. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was. But this conspiracy theory is not even remotely close to showing us anything other than the fact that the cult is easily manipulated and conned due to their incessant need to engage partisan confirmation bias.
Sure buddy.
Gohmert claims the ICIG called Horowitz 4 times and they never returned his calls.
So there’s that.
Should be a simple matter of asking the ICIG what happened, but this story is already a month old, so I doubt that’ll happen.
You don’t. Members of Congress fall under different rules. You know that, right?
How old is the story that Trump colluded with the Russians to win the election?
I’ve noticed a news outlets are seizing on the FBI’s statement as conclusive that the DC story was wrong, when in reality both the FBI statement and the DC story can be accurate and do not necessarily contradict.
Members don’t get to reveal classified information at will.
Now that’s a story with legs.
You know what gives a story legs? Constantly finding new information that builds on it.
You know what causes stories to die? The opposite.
I’ve said this numerous times now.
There were specific assertions on the Caller’s article that will be very easy to confirm or disconfirm.
Instead of acknowledging that, I get in response more parsing of the FBI’s response.
Trumpers know their game well.
The objective isn’t to prove or disprove anything.
The objective is merely to get as many “Deep State” accusations as possible out there to turn the idea of “The Deep State” into an unassailable fact …without ever once proving the “Deep State” exists.
And their job is easier because those arguing against them scurry like ants trying to refute every ridiculous story…and all they have to do is fire off a hundred new ridiculous stories and overwhelm their opponents with ■■■■■■■■■
And it is working…
We all knew when Horowitz issued his report and it wasn’t the Watergate bombshell everyone (like people at the Daily Caller) assured us it would be, that the next move would be to attack the integrity and character of Horowitz. Gohmert is not disappointing in that regard.
And as many other have pointed out, to confirm all of this, we simply need the ICIG to speak up. But we all know that won’t happen either, because it would kill the conspiracy.
You’re absolutely correct. The sheer volume is almost impossible to counteract. We are in a bad spot as a nation right now. Who would’ve thought breadcrumbs would be so enticing to so many people.
I guess when you’ve been told for decades that you’re a victim of some rigged system, and that is why you don’t have more or a better life than what you have, then you become more agreeable to believing crazy conspiracy theories explaining why you’ve been kept down. Zero introspection ability exists with some of these folks.
The agency most qualified to do this kind of investigation. NSA.
The claim is that the ICIG found anomalies in the email metadata indicating a copy of Hillary’s emails were being sent to China. The FBI statement did not directly debunk that.
adroit offered an opinion regarding the article. That opinion is just that. Simply raising the questions raised by adroit doesn’t debunk anything.
The DOJ IG report focused only on the DOJ, not on the intelligence community. Just because there was no mention doesn’t mean there was no hacking by the Chinese.
Translation. Trump haters dispute the DC story, therefor it is false.
That’s not the role of the NSA. If they picked up something they would refer it to the FBI, or Trump would be being briefed right now by Dan Coats.
I seem to recall something about the FBI director, or one of his underlings, stating, before Congress, something about the Clinton server being hacked at least once.
That’s in the public record if you want to find the exact quote you recall.
They never briefed him prior to being elected about certain Russian types not being kosher… though they did warn the Obama campaign on this self same individual(s) years earlier.
For the fifth time…all the ICIG has to do is step up to the plate and confirm or deny the Caller’s story.
I think we all know that won’t happen because when one has a conspiracy theory, one never confirms or denies anything…one simply makes accusations.
