You donât know your own countryâs history. Sad.
You sold out cheap.
Thatâs an entirely wrong understanding of the Bill of Rights.
Using this logic⌠you can justify a lot of heinous acts.
Iâm simply stating the obvious. It really has nothing to do with what you or I believe. The US constitution doesnât apply in a foreign country.
The only reason they are there and not âon US soilâ is because the US PUT THEM THERE.
Deportation will do that to an individual.
Why are you asking me?
You bought and are defending the lie. Perpetrated it.
They are not going after the âworst of the worst and gangbangers.â
Youâve been had. So gullible. So naive.
The US constitution doesnât apply in a foreign country.
It always applies to any action taken or even contemplated by the USG.
I think worse than a troll is a low intelligence troll.
You used that one in the WWIII thread. Must be one of your favorites.

You donât know your own countryâs history. Sad.
You sold out cheap.

WuWei:
You are trying to apply the Constitution to the people. The Constitution applies to the USG, ALWAYS.
Is the USG âresidingâ in El Salvador?
The people have protections under that constitution. Those constitutional protections go away once someone leaves the country.
Even were we to grant you this incorrect understanding, the Trump Administration violated the Constitution with regards to these people before they left the country.
Thatâs an entirely wrong understanding of the Bill of Rights.
Feel free to explain it to me.
You bought and are defending the lie. Perpetrated it.

Have Peek-a-boo and Karoline Leavitt ever been seen in a room at the same time?
It always applies to any action taken or even contemplated by the USG.
But it doesnât apply to actions taken by a foreign government in a foreign country.
Even were we to grant you this incorrect understanding, the Trump Administration violated the Constitution with regards to these people before they left the country.
All you have to do is show me, and we can then move on.

Have Peek-a-boo and Karoline Leavitt ever been seen in a room at the same time?
I realize it is a rhetorical question, but I believe I believe Iâm qualified to answer anyway.

WuWei:

But it doesnât apply to actions taken by a foreign government in a foreign country.
It applies to actions taken by the USG everywhere all the time.
Those victims didnât wash up on shore at La Union.
Bukele didnât extradite them.
Iâm simply stating the obvious. It really has nothing to do with what you or I believe. The US constitution doesnât apply in a foreign country.
We violated it before putting them on the plane
Deportation will do that to an individual.
They werenât deported. They were detained⌠chained and put in prison.
If we were simply deporting⌠they would board a plane without chains.
Separately.
Trying to separate their physical imprisonment from the many steps the US government took to get them there is a ridiculous argument that will never fly in court. Putting these people in CECOT without a trial was a process, a series of steps, and focusing only on the final step doesnât let the government off the hook.
No, you didnât. You didnât point to anything the administration violated with the signing of that agreement.
Try and keep up. Post 834.
Here it is again for the 101 time. Immigrants are protected by the 5th and 14th amendments.
These amendments guarantee due process and equal protection under the law, meaning that they cannot be deprived of life, liberty, or property without a fair legal process and are entitled to equal treatment under the law.
Trump inc entering into an agreement to send the immigrants to prison deprived them of these rights. Hence, it is unconstitutional.
