Well, the onset of male puberty is between 9 and 14, so that would be 4th to 9th grade. Gender dysphoria can manifest as early as age 4, so pre-school to early elementary school. I’ve handled cases for Pre-school and kindergarten. We’re talking about social transition - clothes, hair, toys, pronouns, and maybe a name variation on the birth name. By the time medical transition (pharmaceuticals, not surgery) is an issue, they have typically been living as the chosen gender. Of course, transition surrounding the onset of puberty is treated medically a little sooner to prevent undesirable secondary characteristics from manifesting while the treating providers sort out whether medical transition is warranted.
So, in other words, not “too young,” but the medically appropriate age.
Boys between the 4th and 9th grade, most of that group is already stronger than girls. By a lot.

Biden’s EO was the new interpretation of Title IX, allowing biological males into woman’s locker rooms. Trump’s EO simply removed Biden’s EO.
Biden’s EO was suspended by the courts. There is no pending legislation against Trump’s EO.

Right. 4th grade is about age 10, so on average for the onset of puberty. Age can’t be the deciding factor alone for whether trans girls can participate in girls sports. That’s why I think NY has it right - does the persons physical characteristics put cis girls at an unfair disadvantage.
Name for me one biological female that transitioned into a male and then beat the males in sports? The fact that there isn’t even one, is THE deciding factor that no males should ever compete in female sports. It isn’t fair…PERIOD.
No boys in a girl’s locker room. No males on a female sport team.
