Using the DOJ to go after political enemies, without cause, isnât constitutional. Sessions hasnât gone after Clinton because there is no basis to do so; he has said as much. Trumpâs delusional obsession with Clinton isnât enough of a reason to prosecute her.

Well, they did destroy her presidential ambitions. Thatâs a win.
By doing so, they also stole a Supreme Court Judicial nomination away from the Democrats. By working the long game, and not being afraid to play dirty, Republicans are gaining power.
