Buying into a delusional hierarchy concept is not empathy, it’s delusional. Empathy is understanding another person’s struggle, not giving preference to another person because of something outside of their control, assuming that it is compensation for the struggles their ancestors suffered, by which they had no part in.
Ah, that might be true, but you are more susceptable to fracturing of the neck and femur bones. Your knees will also wear out sooner, and I imagine that the fibrocartilage in your knees and vertabrae will deteriorate faster because of the extra weight of bone being put on it. Plus, what about finding a shower that reaches over your head? Isn’t it nice when you actually find one?
I imagine that I’ll have oodles of notifications and possibly a silence or a TO when I wake up tomorrow. With that said, this has been fun, and toodles.
One more thing- What might be better said is “majority privilege.” Those of average height, probably, in fact, have it the best. They can reach things better, their bones are in better shape when they get up in years. Counters and shelves, for example, are made to suit the average height, unless requested otherwise.
The privilege graph is not an exponential curve, but a bell curve. The outliers are the ones who have it the worst; it is them who are the little guys (or gals).
