Time magazine person of the year

Isn’t that special. How about because it hasn’t happened yet and won’t in 2020.

Bless your heart.

The tradition of naming president elect as time person of the year has been around over 75 years. Trump got it in 2016. The only big deal is Harris being included. It makes sense since she is first woman and person of color vp.

Come on now. It’s been done like this for decades. Trump was person of the year as president elect in 2016. What’s your beef with this one?

“Abandoned everything” = “began to develop a spine and a will to fight back”. Is that a bad thing?

I don’t have a “beef”. We are discussing who might have been a better, more deserving choice. What are you discussing?

Yeah, but Trump defied all of the political pundit predictions throughout the whole year of 2016 right up to the evening of the election. Biden, on the other hand, kind of fell into the nomination simply through attrition and had the unforeseen benefit of the effects of COVID working for him for the election win. A trained monkey could have won against Trump this year … in fact some say that is exactly what happened. The only surprise was Kamala … having been the first candidate to be rejected by Democrats during the Primaries.

Cool, Hitler, Stalin, Mao, and Biden-Harris

You forgot one.

Yeah, him too.
Point being, it’s not necessarily an accolade worth cheering.
