With an important runoff election about to take place in Georgia, which will determine if our socialist revolutionaries will take control of the United States Senate, let us explore how Stacey Abrams found a way to defeat Georgia’s law forbidding ballot harvesting.

The phrase “ballot harvesting”, in general, is an activity where an activist shows up at your house, a homeless shelter, a nursing home, etc., and helps you to fill out your ballot, or simply collets it and later submits it with a bunch of other ballots obtained in the same way.

In 2019 a law was passed in Georgia regulating against “ballot harvesting”. It required the voter to personally mail their ballot or have it delivered by “the elector’s mother, father, grandparent, aunt, uncle, brother, sister, spouse, son, daughter, niece, nephew, grandchild, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law or an individual residing in the household of such elector.” In other words, the law was intentionally designed to stop a random activist from influencing and meddling in the casting of your ballot.

Well, leave it to Stacey Abrams, who to this very day does not accept she lost the election, to figure out a way to defeat H.B. 316, Georgia’s law designed to prevent ballot harvesting.

During the 2020 election, an activist group Stacey Abrams founded, “Fair Fight Action” convinced Georgia’s Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, to ignore current voting practices, and to place hundreds of unregulated, unsupervised, ballot drop boxes throughout the State. And thus provided the opening for an illegal third party to obtain and introduce hundreds, perhaps thousands, of illegally harvested ballots into the system. Keep in mind it would only take a few hundred activists to collect hundreds of thousands of harvested ballots in a short period of time, and this is what Stacey Abrams has planned for Georgia’s Senate runoff race.

In fact, Stacey Abrams has recently boasted about Georgians having already requested over 600,000 mail in ballots. How many have been sent to homeless shelters, nursing homes, etc., where a ballot harvester will show up and offer a gift certificate to help complete the ballot and turn it in. “They harvest ballots by mail from nursing homes, homeless centers, door to door in poor neighborhoods, often dressed as Census workers. Also, they offer $50 gift cards in front of stores asking people to take ballots by mail, acquired from the above, to sign and mail at a local post office. They hold ballots by mail in several locations where people forge signatures on the collected ballots by mail.”

And let us not forget Andrew Yang, actually encouraged people to move to Georgia to vote in the runoff election, which would be an intentional subversion of the law.

The bottom line is, these socialist revolutionaries will stop at nothing to seize control of our government and fundamentally transform the United States into a socialist wasteland like Cuba, Venezuela, etc. In fact, Chuck Schumer was crystal clear to what the game plan is:

The PA Supreme Court never addressed the constitutionality of no-excuse mail-in ballots which in fact violates Pennsylvania’s Constitution, namely Article VII, §§ 1 and 4

What the Court did was use the doctrine of laches to allow unauthorized ballots to be counted, while ignoring their illegality, since the Constitution was never amended to allow such ballots, and, which in effect, cancelled out legally cast ballots, thereby disentrancing millions of voters.

In effect, the court assumed legislative and executive functions and engaged in judicial tyranny!

And what does Pennsylvania’s Constitution actually say?

Clause 1 of Article VII of PA’s Constitution declares:

“Every citizen 21 years of age, possessing the following qualifications, shall be entitled to vote at all elections subject, however, to such laws requiring and regulating the registration of electors as the General Assembly may enact.”

And, Section 14 of Article VII was enacted which is titled:

§ 14. Absentee voting.

(a) The Legislature shall, by general law, provide a manner in which, and the time and place at which, qualified electors who may, on the occurrence of any election, be absent from the municipality of their residence,

because their duties, occupation or business require them to be elsewhere or who, on the occurrence of any election,

are unable to attend at their proper polling places because of illness or physical disability or who will not attend a polling place because of the observance of a religious holiday

or who cannot vote because of election day duties, in the case of a county employee, may vote, and for the return and canvass of their votes in the election district in which they respectively reside.

As anyone can see, Section 14 provides two, and only two ways by which a qualified elector may cast his or her vote in an election:

(1) by submitting his or her vote in propria persona at the polling place on election day; and

(2) by submitting an absentee ballot, but only if the qualified voter satisfies one of the conditions under which absentee voting is authorized as outlined above in “Absentee voting”.

The Act of October 31, 2019, P.L. 552, No. 77, which legislatively attempts to fundamentally change and expand allowable conditions for Pennsylvania’s “Absentee Voting” and permitting no-excuse mail-in voting without amending Pennsylvania’s Constitution, is a clear Violation of PA’s Constitution ___ Clause 1 of Article VII, § 14. Absentee voting.

The Act of October 31, 2019, P.L. 552, No. 77 was a legislative attempt to fundamentally change Pennsylvania’s voting system, permitting no-excuse mail-in voting, without amending Pennsylvania’s Constitution!

Meaning if what is described here happened, it would be caught on camera, then the local elections officials could contact the voters on the ballots dropped in the box during that time frame to determine if an approved person dropped their ballot in the mail. So, safeguards are already in place to deter from this scenario.

I happen to know my local county checks this feed each morning at opening, and then each time a collection is made from these boxes.

There’s enough evidence to question the integrity of the last election. There isn’t proof of fraud but it’s way too important a matter than for all of us to just sit on our asses and give it all a pass. I want this explored and as it is, more and more questions are arising…just like what took place last week in Wisconsin.

I think most voters want honest elections, regardless of their party affiliation.

However, in regard to the Democrat Party Leadership, which is now controlled by radical revolutionaries, they certainly have displayed a willingness to lie, cheat and use any means of deception to win power.
