I don’t really know the cost of individual items either. My wife just fills the freezer with frozen dinners when she goes out of town for a while, knowing that I will not cook elaborate meals for myself. I know how to cook stuff, but I get no pleasure out of the act and I don’t like to spend more time cooking something than it takes to eat it. Buying me frozen dinners is her way to ensure that i eat more than one-pan stovetop meals and cold sandwiches. :wink:

Me … I will eat almost anything as long as it doesn’t taste rotten or moldy. Fortunately, my wife likes to cook and is very nutrition (and anti-artificial ingredient) conscious. I probably would have died years ago if it weren’t for her cooking.
