If you think it’s wrong than you need to complain to Fox News. Not the people citing Fox News.

Your article is from March ‘24
The April article is more conclusive. 40%
And still grossly exceeding the 18%

But the parameters are different. The March article is talking about inflation from 2021 when Biden became president. The April article is talking about inflation from 2019. Two years before Biden was president. So yeah, those numbers are going to be different.

I take it you don’t grocery shop.

Why does everyone keep saying that today? That’s the third person on this forum to say something like “you must not buy groceries”. Is that some talking point that came out this morning? Of course I buy groceries. How do you think I eat? All I’m saying is that one of the few news sites that most of the cons here will accept(Fox News) is saying it’s up 21% since Biden took office. If that doesn’t fit your narrative or you think that’s wrong take it up with Fox News.

FOX uses the same stats as every other news network out there. Just like crime is down that @Oldandtired thread he started…that data isn’t being all recorded.

Outright lying in attempt to deceive American public.

And finally…if you really do your own shopping…you would realize those number are deceiving as every other American knows.

Not a jarhead, I can read.

My sincere apologies. It’s quite obvious you can read. How could I have made such an egregious assumption?

There’s a few grocery items that have went down in price milk at least here but at the same time other grocery items I have noticed went up recently. Still way higher than it used to be the 21% is suspect.

Same in my neck of the woods. I started to wonder if we actually were going to go under 1 dollar. Cause when trunp was in office it dropped consistently for at least a couple of months.

So, I take it you won’t be voting for Biden.

Yeah. I agree with Breitbart. We have kept track of our grocery bills since the early 70s. From the time our youngest daughter left home in the early 20-teens through 2021, it was fairly stable at around $1000 per month. In 2022 it went up about 20% and then another 20% last year to well over $1400 per month. Those claiming 21% since 2019 must have a really odd “standard food cart.”

Probably the same type of people who “cook” with their microwave.

I don’t know about that. The price of frozen dinners has gone up considerably.

People who eat out of a microwave fail basic math every time they try to post about it too.

You’ll have to explain that one.

No one is claiming 21% since 2019. The 21% comes from increase in grocery prices since 2021 when Biden took office.

LOL, I wouldn’t know. Haven’t had frozen diner in coon ages…except a pizza at someone house once.
