i could agree with some govt funding as long as they stop pretending they are journalists doing news. stick to arts, documentaries….

The whole idea behind NPR was to seperate it from advertising bias.
Now it has a political bias.
No point in funding it. They should change their name too. It does not serve the public.

How else would you describe the unsupported conspiracy theory about Trump working with Russia to steal the 2016 election except a conspiracy itself? Knowing that the source of the fake dossier was the Democrat party, the FBI offered Steele a million dollars if he could substantiate some of his rumors. Then later, they advised Hunter Biden’s lawyers before a search warrant was served.

The Government spends $6 million per minute. Cut it for the principle of it, but $2 million will make no difference at all.
If you cut out their public money, they can call themselves anything they want. It’s 'Merca you know. 
Perhaps it would be more effective if we started with the most-costly and work down.

Good luck with that. This is the Federal Government we are talking about. It’s bigger that Trump and Musk put together.

If you donate to a cause or organization, that says you are giving it your approval. The government needs to stop doing that for a partisan organization like NPR.
