That’s what I have been saying all along. Trump isn’t targeting African Americans for improved job numbers. We just happen to be on the same boat as others.

Thing is - it takes years to save up enough money to start your own business, so these individuals would have been saving for a while in order to come up with the capital to start these businesses.
