The Constitution spells out what treason is and this ain’t it.
The Sedition Acts have also largely been repealed and/or overturned.

I’m not defending anyone, I’m simply stating a fact.
They are not giving aid and comfort to the enemy in a time of war and the anti sedition acts have all be pretty much repealed or tossed out by the courts.
A dedicated, qualified prosecutor could probably make some charges but not for either Treason of Sedition.
This is the slowest moving and proccess-y coup I’ve ever seen. Do I have time to go get snacks, before the trial, in the Republican-controlled Senate?
