What about the child porn case? Have you read any of the court documents for this case? The indictment? Statement of facts? Or did someone tell you what was presented to the court? It might be helpful to know what was actually presented in the case.
Do you not think that a mentally fragile man refused bail and held in solitary confinement with privations for 12 months would agree to any plea agreement to escape his political incarceration and torture? Maybe they drove him to make a plea to avoid having his lawyers activate discovery of the unreleased video footage of the protest and FBI plants.

If he was driven to make a plea to avoid having his lawyer blow wide the whole FBI plot⌠then having his lawyer say so to the judge would have been a wise course of action.
If he used an official phone the NSA will be able to find the calls. You think Trump didnât know NSA capabilities?

I think that Trump was so indifferent because he thought that everyone worked for him. Remember when he called the Joint Chiefâs of Staff âHis Generalsâ?

I didnât say anything about the âdeep stateâ because I believe that it was a fantasy. I do believe that Trump felt that any part of the federal government and all of the states were under his control. He even said as much when he said that the states would do whatever he said. Remember that?
You definitely qualify as crazy now. Trump fought four year war against intelligence agencies out to oust him. And he made it very clear that he knew they were against him. There is no way he expected the FBI. NSA or any other alphabet agency was going to protect him.

Trump controlled each agency of the federal government. He could have made any changes that he wanted to. You are the one that is crazy because you think that he didnât have the power to make any changes he wanted to. Over his time he got rid of multiple folks who started investigations of his practices. The Intelligence agencies did their job and yet Trump denounced them on the world stages.
Do you really think that was right? Trump put his head so far up Putinâs ass where he prayed he could get a tower deal. Tell me with a straight face that he was looking out for the best interest of the USA in that public exchange.
The world is changing. The old global order aiming for one global hegemony is falling out pf favour with the people. It has not provided what it promised. We are moving to a new order of independent civilisation states that have autonomy and interact with one another as those interactions appear favorable for the citizens and their particular civilization.
The US will have its own civilization, as will China, as will Russia. Trump saw that and was trying to set a co-operative framework for US civilization state to deal as an equal with the emerging Russian civilisation state.
Neocons and Libs are stuck in the global hegemony mindset that favors wars and arms manufacturers that would force hegemony onto independent states. Trump saw and approved of the coming order. Dems and neocons were resentful of losing their international status.

This is interesting because it involves Sicknick and the bear spray. These are two that do deserve to have a more punitive conviction and sentence IMO.
