You can’t get a pardon without admitting guilt to something. That’s what accepting a pardon carries with it.

So…no you can’t get a pardon because you think “Garland is gonna ‘cook up’ something”.

These requests for pardons were made before there was a January 6 commission anyway.

Sure you can. Look at the Nixon pardon. It’s basically saying if Nixon did anything illegal, he is pardoned.
