the best immigrated to america, there are bad and poor asians in china, japan, india etc. the ones that immigrated to the United States are the best that those countries had to offer. there is crime in china and japan and india, i assure you.

the best immigrated to america, there are bad and poor asians in china, japan, india etc. the ones that immigrated to the United States are the best that those countries had to offer. there is crime in china and japan and india, i assure you.

Are you proposing that be enforced by statute?

“Reversible” is not a guarantee. Success rates run from 70-95%, but elapsed time since the vasectomy was performed is a major factor. If the man is not “ready to have kids” until he is thirty or so, his chances would be greatly reduced.
