The Curious Case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia

Someone who murders, starts a new life in a different state. He is a pillar of his community. A devoted father and wife. He has a good job, making a real life for himself.

But he is still a murderer and if caught and convicted, he will go to jail.

So, we can dispense with all of the father and wife crap. If he is in the country illegally and is a prominent member of a gang, he isn’t a pillar of the community. He doesn’t belong here.

The only thing you know for sure is that he is in the country illegally.

That’s why you had to bring up murder to make it as dramatic as possible.

If he was so prominent why is it that the only person who knew about it is an uncorroborated confidential informant

I was looking to dispel the father and wife crap. It is irrelevant. Yes, an administrative error was made. But Garcia is no saint.

How do you know that? You called him a prominent gang leader. Whose prominence was only ever asserted by a CI

You are rationalizing. As always.

We don’t know the whole story.

Then stop asserting things about his prominence or even gang leadership. All you know is that the admin who made a mistake told you.

We don’t know what we don’t know. We are simply back seat drivers.

No you called him prominent

You tried to compare him to a murderer.

The only thing you know is that he is an illegal

The rest is rationalization.

I’m simply going with ICE on this one. You are choosing to ignore them, with nothing else to go on but LW talking points.

No I didn’t.

I only know what ICE has shared. I believe them and you don’t.

I am not choosing to ignore them. I am questioning their motives.

You are not a right winger by simply supporting a republican executive. Yours aren’t conservative or right wing talking points. Their windsock statements that are managed by the exact direction blown by an admin that will make you twist in the wind in order to rationalize.

Question authority. Be better.

I’m repeating the administration’s position. You are repeating LW talking points.

When it doesn’t fit the left’s narrative.

Due process is now LW talking points.

I’m very much a conservative on this issue. Garcia is here illegally. He alone is responsible for what happens to him. If he didn’t choose to come to this country illegally, he would not be in CECOT today. Actions have consequences. That is the conservative position.

Stop with the due process crap. It is getting old.

Defying the supreme court is a conservative position now? Good to know.

Why are you so eager to give away your rights?
