Within the context of forum discussions, I see those who categorically state they wonât cooperate and those who categorically state they will cooperate.
Most of the linked cases have a common theme. The one being detained refused to cooperate.
Weâve yet to see a link of someone who has fully cooperated, because they were quickly released and have no complaint.
