I said no such thing. I specifically said the single plane carrying 100 illegals being deported under the AEA had left US airspace. If I’m not mistaken, the 3rd plane was still sitting on the tarmac when the order was issued. Given that the plane contained no AEA deportees, the judge’s order didn’t apply.
