The Commie Squad

Given that the title and thrust of your thread was about what to call these four members of Congress, there is no way you can claim my pointing out that your are replacing politics with name calling was a deflection.

Why are you running away from your proposal? You want to call people names. Stand up proudly and defend name calling as an activity for adults. Don’t complain when people recognize and point out what you are doing!

I bet not a one of them can cut up a chicken or make a decent biscuit.

You guys always find neat new ways to create “welfare” for society. We have enough here thanks. How about you Canadians open up your free universities to all Americans who wish to go up there?

Funny, the left yacks up gun control & bans all the time, but hey, don’t let any facts change your mind…

For the first 150 years or so, there was never a argument that the 2a allowed for limiting arms, that’s why it was machine guns sales were limited(banned) before WW2 and no one thought twice about it. It’s only recently as the new group of gun crazies have popped-up have things changed. And you can see the slaughter that’s been the result. Aren’t you proud?

60 x 5 classes x 8 semesters = what?

Take the guns first, go through due process second,

I am not seeing any videos of the 4 member of congress using that phrase, can you?

Republican math?

Yeah, I am not into a Welfare Society, I have seen it first hand with my relatives in Germany. I am into being an American, Free, and I am willing to pay and fight for that. God Bless the USA, Land of the Free, Home of the Brave.

CNN told us math was racist so we haven’t been practicing.

How can the USA be the “Land of the free” when apparently you are not free to aspire to be a communist or a socialist? Also, can you explain how the USA Constitution bans one from being a communist or a socialist?

It does not, wa. We used to have a small Nazi party (full uniforms and all) back in the 60,s here in the us but it’s leader (George Lincoln Rockwell) was assassinated in 1967 and that was that.

We also had a communist party (a little bigger) founded 100 years ago, reaching its apex in the 1932 presidential election garnering over 100,000.

We have had numerous incarnations of the socialist party. The first one founded in 1901 And dissolved in 1972, hit is apex in 1924 when it presidential candidate pulled down over 4,000,000 votes (16% of votes cast)

I am a huge fan of Paul Robeson. Why was his passport taken from him?

The original post referred to text book not text books. Nice try though.

Robeson was against lynching black people in the united states took it to the UN called it genocide. Truman pulled his passport.

Wasn’t he the fellow who provoked the Peekskill Riots. At least according to Gov. Dewey?

The Peekskill riots in 1949 were KKK and American Legion led, trying to stop Robeson from performing north of Peekskill. Had to postpone it a week to get better security.

not sure why dewey would blame robeson except to score politcal points.

I was the KKK and the American Legion that caused all the problems.

Robeson was hated by them.

He was an uppity “black person” (use you imagination)

Rutgers, his alma mater dedicated a plaza to this year.

He was, during his time playing considered the greatest American football end to have played the game. 2 time all American. wish I could have seen him in his prime.

He only spoke 20 languages fluently.

Slacker.

Thanks bigAl; that doesn’t seem to be a legitimate reason to confiscate one’s passport. I presume that era is not one that most Americans would be proud of. In your opinion would you think that era is more disgraceful than the current era or is the current presidential period worse?
