Democrats are campaigning for the mid-terms talking about jobs, taxes, healthcare, and myriad other actual issues. Trump is campaigning for mid-terms bragging about his electoral college win and insulting the media.
I understand why conservatives are taking a hard 180 on having ever cared about character or personal integrity given that you now find yourselves having to constantly run interference for such a total scumbag as the leader of your party, but we all see what’s happening here.

To answer the OP’s question, the biggest difference is, while Republicans are eager to engage in a reasoned and productive debate about policy, Democrats refuse to do so because their thinking is not anchored to fundamental common sense and moral principles.

The unavoidable truth is, the Bernie Sanders, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’ and Andrew Gillum’s socialist plan for “free” college tuition will be paid for by taxing millions of college graduates who worked for and paid their own way through college and are now trying to finance their own economic needs.
Which means that 80% AREN’T so nope not a lot.
A 20% reduction in crime brought about by deporting illegal criminal entrants would be welcomed by the people now suffering under these criminal activities.
