Yes, now you’re getting it. Killing is the extinguishment of a life; murder is a legal term to describe a very specific type of killing. Currently, under existing law, killing a fetus by aborting it is not murder because it does not fit the definition of murder. But it doesn’t matter what term you use with the act of abortion, the only thing that matters is that it is the extinguishment of a human life.

He has written something like three opinions in the past decade. He hardly asks questions during oral arguments. But he is ready to bloviate to his base
