odd, they don’t call it murder in the bill. seems like you’re projecting

Agreed- it’s not killing or murder.

Oh it’s “killing”- but not murder? Ok.

Abortion is ableist. And sexist (in China at least).

Why any true feminist would support it is beyond me.

Yes, now you’re getting it. Killing is the extinguishment of a life; murder is a legal term to describe a very specific type of killing. Currently, under existing law, killing a fetus by aborting it is not murder because it does not fit the definition of murder. But it doesn’t matter what term you use with the act of abortion, the only thing that matters is that it is the extinguishment of a human life.

Mmm hmm.

Which means?

I’m going to miss him when he’s gone.

“The court was thought to be the least dangerous branch and we may have become the most dangerous.”

I won’t Clancy has clearly seen better days.

That’s why he has written so many opinions so that he can wind the court back in. Well no he actually hasn’t. But i get the love for a strict originalist

Don’t you just hate it when you’re trying to walk through an alley to get to work and there’s a line of women getting abortions with coat hangers blocking your path?

you guys and your narrative… its comical

Oooh you linked a list of his opinions

Read what i wrote then Read them then get back to me

You were wrong?

I was wrong that he hasn’t written opinions on winding the court back in? No i wasn’t.

He has written something like three opinions in the past decade. He hardly asks questions during oral arguments. But he is ready to bloviate to his base

Scalia was 1000 times the justice.

To begin with, asking questions is a sign of what?

The rest of that is just emotional tripe.

“His base”? His base what?
