He is not doing the very important work of controlling the spread of the virus so those treatments aren’t needed in the first place.
Vaccines are still effective of slowing the spread. The jury is still out. on boosters… but I would not be surprised if they are reccommneded for improved antibody response.

As to Florida’s strategy, you apparently do not take into account the need to keep a healthy economy, avoid setting the stage for mental depression and suicides, and allowing the people, within reasonable boundaries, as DeSantis has done, to exercise their inalienable right to make their own decisions and choices.
Having carefully consider the “big picture” and all the factors involved, I find no fault with Gov. DeSantis’ handling of the Chines virus outbreak. Business in Florida is still healthy, depression, suicide and drug abuse from irrational lockdowns has been held to a minimum, effective treatments for the outbreak have been made available to the people, and, people have been mostly left free to make their own decisions and choices to avoid infection.
Perhaps you do not see Florida’s strategy as a success because you have tunnel vision and are either incapable or unwilling to view the big picture ___ a big picture which includes a lot more than what you focus on.
