Nike didn’t let Kaepernick’s stand on kneeling at the National Anthem stop them from hiring him to be the face of the company. This is a very nice and welcome surprise. I will be buying more Nike stuff now.

As I said in another thread, would have made way more sense to have Larry Fitzgerald. He’s a class act, well liked by everyone, and a great role model for kids.

If Kaepernick was white this wouldn’t have happened.
Wish there were a lot more people like him in pro sports. There are quite a few players I do like, but Larry just stands out.
I am just waiting for their boycott, those Nike penny loafers and cowboy boots all going in the trash!
