Stop the Coup D'état!

The Coup D’état perpetrated on the United States by the socialists inside the Bureaucracy of the government needs to stop now.

Those responsible should all be prosecuted for it & the sham impeachment which is part of the coup needs to be ended now as well, & those responsible for it also prosecuted.

We as a people & a nation should not put up with it & hold those responsible accountable.

These are domestic enemies as described in the oath to protect & defend the Constitution of the United States.

Treason.

Complete ■■■■■■■■■ They are utilizing a process laid out in the Constitution

A purely partisan impeachment meant solely to smear the president and damage his reelection chances not even citing a single crime borders on treason.

Nothing unsubstantiated about it. The law requires that the aid be approved during the same calendar year in which congress made the appropriation.

Well besides you not having anything to back up your opinion

Seeing that is their job to to investigate indiscretions of the law Im going to go with their official conclusion over the unsupported opinion of someone on the internet without a legal background.

Read, educate yourself.

Now once again, what specific crimes are cited in the Articles of impeachment?

The evidence is the facts. There was no set deadline the administration was required to meet other than the September 30th end of the FY.

Once again that is completely irrelevant. That is not now nor has ever been a requirement to impeach

The experts charged with investigating the matter disagree with your opinion. I’ll go with the actual experts with legal backgrounds

What does the constitutions say are grounds for impeachment?

High Crimes and misdemeanors are whatever Congress wants them to be. They don’t have to be actual crimes and you know that

“Experts”. Seriously? You can get a dozen experts to argue either side of just bout any issue.

A 2018 Government Accountability Office legal opinion holds that if the President proposes a rescission, he or she must make the affected funds available to be prudently obligated before the funds expire,

The expiration was the end of the fiscal year, September 30th.

Yes experts. It is their field of expertise and they have actual legal backgrounds. Im quite confident they are more knowledgeable about the law than you or I.

So there’s no point in any of us discussing anything that the “experts” have “ruled on”?

Speaking of “Experts” the “experts” at OMB have ruled it was within the law.

Until a court rules nothing is decided and the plain text of the law says the only hard date unless otherwise specified in the appropriation is the end of the fiscal year.

Again, this is nothing but a deflection since there’s no mention of it in The Articles of Impeachment.

No you’re totally able to discuss whatever you like. Im just commenting how those with intimate knowledge of the law who investigated the matter disagree with your unsubstantiated opinion
