I would have responded to her by using the oval office and inviting the Democratic and Republican leaders of both houses of Congress to attend there. If the Democrats didnāt show up, fine.

As it is, this is a food fight with neither looking that good. The only difference is that Trump will be running for President in two years and Pelosi wont.

I agree that giving the address from the White House makes the most sense. It would make Trump seem somewhat thoughtful ā¦ if thatās possible. Iād say the chances of him giving the address in the House are pretty slim.
