Ok. The Biden plan of anybody can come in unscreened and commit any type of atrocity and they get to stay. This policy was obviously soundly rejected. So, my question is simple. What do you do when somebody comes in on a legal visa, the visa expires, and they refuse to abide by our laws and return home? The current liberal plan is that they are rewarded for ignoring our laws by being permitted to stay as long as they want. Maybe forever. Which basically means that the Visa is a joke. Not worth the paper it’s printed on. So how would you handle this libs?

Here’s a basic summary on today’s Dems philosophy on immigration. It takes various forms but essentially they believe that the border should be open for ANYONE in the world who is simply seeking a better life. They also believe that the border should be open to ANYONE who wishes to make an asylum claim in the US. That should be a sacrosanct right that trumps our sovereignty and our economic and national security. This is the approach that Harris/Biden took with the approval of the Democrat Party.

Open to apply, get vetted, and potentially selected to come in. Sure.
We have asylum laws for a reason. They probably need to be modified. Congress should get on that.

Easy, immigration officials, ICE etc should make sure they have accurate information and follow the law for removing them.
You’re ill-informed by your crappy assed “news” services. ICE can determine very quickly if someone is a border crasher. They’re experts. Whoever told you that they are not, lied to you.

I know you asked libs, but here is what I would do:
If you’re here now, but not on some valid green card or visa or whatever (aka, illegal immigrant), then you have until [insert date] to apply for immigration. You all become “the line” of legal immigration applicants. Keep your nose clean. Follow the process, and you can stay here until your application gets accepted. If your application fails, then you get deported. If you get picked up for some violation of our laws, you get deported. If you cause problems, you get deported.
Make all the “undocumented” people documented. After [insert date] if you don’t have the application started, you get deported.
Employers: If you have workers who you can’t succeed without, help them get the process started before [insert date]. After [insert date] you are going to have to show that every worker you have is either a citizen or documented applicant or green card holder or visa holder, etc. Period. Expect crippling fines if you fail to comply.
Anyone in this modified immigration status is not eligible for government aid. Not welfare. Not medicaid. I think I would write into this plan that if you paid into social security and medicare as a worker, you would (yes WOULD) be entitled to whatever your contributions towards those merit.
