As long as the ID’s are free and are very easy to get, that can work. If these ID’s are not free, and it is a burden to get them, it is basically a poll tax.

The SCOTUS has not ruled on any them as of yet many are still working their way through the low courts.
There are some that have made it to the SCOTUS and will be heard this year don’t cry and whine when the SCOTUS says your blue state laws are unconstitutional. There are many more that are working their way to the SCOTUS. In the coming years your blue state gun laws are about to be ruled unconstitutional.
