They should be applauded.

Can’t just applaud them for having a great response. One of the best in the world.
They did it right.

The US is incapable of having a competent response.
That is for other countries.
It’s our form of exceptionalism.
Some states did it your way. Some did it another. There was no major difference in results.

I guess we could grade on a curve but that curve would just be different levels of failure.
Trump should have made the US a small group of islands in the middle of the Pacific.
