Turkey has said they will takeover responsibility for the camps/prisons. If there is anybody left that is. Nearly a thousand ISIS family members have escaped and we don’t know how many ISIS fighters… Latest is just a handful but the situation is fluid.
They also said they wont kill civilians, and yet they have death squad beheading people.
Indeed. Taking over responsibility for tens of thousands of prisoners is a huge undertaking and I don’t see it happening in any credible fashion in the short term.
