No. Not in my school district because they are not opening physically, initially. And it is the recommendations of county health that the district is using.
Did a specific school board somewhere consider that? You would have to ask them.

School officials are following their governors’ guidelines, and there are many governors pushing Trump’s OPEN THE SCHOOLS agenda.

We saw how OPEN THE ECONOMY and LIBERATE impacted things.

Even Governor “Elderly Should Make The Great Sacrifice” Abbott admitted he was in too big of a rush to reopen in May.

Agreed. The big dealer breaker for me would be if they tried to require my kids to wear masks. If that happens (doesn’t look like it will either), we’ll be homeschooling our kids along with 4 of their friends.
