Nope. It is completely accurate. And as I predicted in my original post to you on this topic, you don’t care. Law and order is irrelevant to the blind partisan cult. If a poll says something is 99% likely to happen and then it doesn’t, that doesn’t mean the poll was wrong. It means that 1% of the time the other thing is going to happen, and this is one of those times. Of course I’d still be surprised, but I wouldn’t blame the poll.
It is a fact that by legal definition he is an unindicted co-conspirator. There is no arguing against this reality. That is different than being found guilty in a court of law, of course. But I cannot envision a plausible scenario where Federal Prosecutors would write a statement for the President of the United States’ personal attorney to read in a court of law that directly charges the President himself with being a fellow conspirator to the crime, if they were not beyond any possible hint of doubt that the evidence fully and completely supported the ability to secure a guilty verdict. The Federal Prosecutors in SDNY are not running some kangaroo court. These are seasoned professionals whose total and complete loyalty are to the nation and the rule of law.
We both know this to be the case. But you won’t admit it, because you don’t care. Obviously.
