India and China are epitomes of second world status in terms of the livelihoods of their urban populations.
They (the people) want first world status. Their governments are happy to oblige since that’s more wealth for the nations.

Good, I hope we keep increasing the supply and get prices down. It’s the EPA and WAPO which are propaganda and fake news and proven over and over to be untrustworthy, but I’m glad they think increased supply is a good thing these days…
