You should re-read that Harvard study that you cited.
From what I can see Fox News was biased on the same level as CNN.
That is why I watch all of the news networks. I look at how the facts are reported on news stories.
And I am interested in how all of them spin it.
But like I said, once a story is spun it is no longer news. It is opinion.
Therefore I still maintain, there is no such thing as “fake news”.

I buy Playboy magazine, of course just for the articles. They make me buy the entire magazine, though, including pictures that I don’t want. It violates my first amendment rights that I can’t purchase a picture-less Playboy!!

No they can’t. The FedGov has jurisdiction over broadcast (over the airwaves) transmissions consuming part of the RF Spectrum.

They have no jurisdiction over private companies transmitting signals through privately owned cable/fiber-optic systems.
